1. No refunds, returns, or exchanges
By completing a purchase you acknowledge that:
- the product is a digital good delivered immediately after payment;
- the sale is final at the moment of payment;
- you are not entitled to a refund, credit, or exchange for any reason — including change of mind, accidental purchase, no longer needing the product, or conflicts with other third-party scripts you have installed.
2. Verified defects are fixed via support
If a product does not work as described on its product page, our support team will investigate and issue a fix — typically a patch update. Support fixes are provided at no additional cost, but they do not entitle you to a refund, credit, or partial reimbursement.
3. How to get help with a broken product
- Contact support with your order number and a clear description of the problem.
- Give our team a reasonable opportunity to reproduce and fix the issue.
- Once a fix is released, install the updated files from your Downloads page.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact support before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Because all sales are final, chargebacks filed against completed purchases will be disputed, and the associated licenses and account may be suspended while the case is investigated.
